This Picture Tells an Incredible STORY
My dad and I had the opportunity to speak at a networking event and when asked what we would want to share with this group of community leaders and business owners, we both decided GENERATIONAL IMPACT was such an important topic.
This picture shows four generations of my family who have given large parts of our lives to serve others and make the world a better place.
For a long time I took for granted all of the things that I was taught growing up. As a child didn't realize how unique it was that I was taught things like fundraising, understanding donors, how to recruit and train people, community development and more.
As with all great leaders, I was also taught to build on the sholders of giants. There is no reason to recreate the wheel. Legacy Leaders take what they've been given and continue to add to that.
I have more that five generations of ministry and organizational leaders who have come before me. In addition to the systems, strategies, and tools passed down, I add my own 20+ years of learning and experience as a ministry leader and entrepreneur. I want to share this collective knowledge and wisdom with you.
